Below is links of the coated glass:
- Solar heat rejection
- Glare reduction
- Enhanced privacy
- A visually appealing mirror-like effect
AR Glass (Anti-Reflective Glass)
AR coated glass for building is widely used in high-clarity applications because it significantly reduces surface reflection and improves light transmission. The glass is coated with one or more anti-reflective layers that reduce reflectivity to less than 1%, because the optical coating allows more light to pass through the glass instead of being reflected.
AR Glass provides extremely high transparency because its light transmittance can reach 96%–99%, which is much higher than ordinary float glass. It also improves visual clarity and reduces glare because the anti-reflective coating minimizes unwanted light reflection.
AR Glass is commonly used in solar panels because higher light transmission increases photovoltaic efficiency. It is also used in museum display cases, commercial display windows, and electronic screens because it ensures clearer viewing and better visual performance.
Reflective Glass
Reflective Glass is designed for solar control and architectural appearance because a metallic or metal oxide coating is applied to the glass surface through coating technology.
Reflective Glass can effectively reduce solar heat gain because the coating reflects a portion of solar radiation away from the building. This helps lower indoor temperatures and reduce air conditioning energy consumption because less solar heat enters the interior space.
Reflective Glass is also popular in modern architecture because it provides a mirror-like exterior appearance and enhances building aesthetics. In addition, it offers daytime privacy because the reflective surface limits visibility from outside during daylight hours.
Because of these properties, Reflective Glass is widely used in curtain walls, office buildings, hotels, shopping centers, and commercial facades because it combines solar control, privacy, and decorative effects.
Low-E Glass (Low Emissivity Glass)
Low-E Glass is an energy-efficient glass widely used in modern buildings because it has a special low-emissivity coating that controls heat transfer.
Low-E Glass improves thermal insulation because the coating reflects indoor heat back into the room during winter. At the same time, it reduces solar heat entering the building during summer because the Low-E coating reflects infrared radiation while allowing visible light to pass through.
Low-E Glass is considered a key material for energy-saving buildings because it significantly reduces heating and cooling energy consumption. It also maintains good natural daylight because it has high visible light transmittance.
Because of these advantages, Low-E Glass is commonly used in energy-efficient windows, curtain walls, residential buildings, commercial buildings, and insulated glass units (IGU) because it provides both comfort and energy savings.
What Is Coated-Glass?
It refers to float glass that has been treated with one or more thin layers of metal or metal oxide coatings. These coatings are applied to enhance specific properties such as solar reflection, thermal insulation, light transmission, and visual appearance. Depending on project requirements, coated products may include reflective, Low-E, or solar control variations.
The coating layer is microscopically thin yet highly effective. It modifies how the glass interacts with sunlight and heat, allowing architects to design buildings that are energy-efficient while maintaining modern aesthetics.
Coated Glass Production Process
Our Coated-Glass-Panel production line follows strict international manufacturing standards. The process begins with high-quality float glass as the substrate. The glass surface is thoroughly cleaned to remove impurities before entering the coating chamber.
Using advanced magnetron sputtering or pyrolytic coating technology, thin metal layers are evenly deposited onto the glass surface. The precision of this process ensures uniform thickness and stable optical performance. After coating, the glass undergoes inspection, cutting, tempering, laminating, or insulating processes depending on final application requirements.
Every Coated-Glass sheet is carefully tested for:
- Coating adhesion strength
- Light transmittance and reflectance
- Thermal performance
- Surface uniformity
- Durability and corrosion resistance
Our automated production lines allow us to meet bulk export demands while maintaining strict quality consistency.
